Resume

My path in UX Design & Research is driven by a heartfelt belief that technology has the power to democratize information and create a more just and inclusive world. From working as Accessibility Analyst to leading an A11y Research Working Group, my experience spans the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring the end result is inclusive products and services. These experiences include advocating for accessibility in product requirements, developing a research practice focused on accessibility, applying accessibility annotations in Figma designs, collaborating with developers on accessible solutions, and conducting manual audits to confirm our work aligns with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Each project has advanced the mission of creating a more inclusive digital environment.

My commitment extends beyond the office; I actively engage in research projects that address real-world challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. My work, which includes studying the digital experiences of Chicago residents with blindness or low vision during the COVID-19 pandemic and their interactions with public transit systems, underscores my belief that accessibility work is a mission, not just a task.

I’m open to roles within companies a similar ethos: that innovation, inclusivity, and accessibility can have a transformative impact on people’s lives.
